Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all fragile home decor pieces are securely padded to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your parcel, removing any old shipping marks.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated courier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
